February 2025 Update 

The Ardgour Glensanda Development Trust (ADGT) continues to drive forward key community projects outlined in the Ardgour Place Plan. We are pleased to share the latest updates on our work and encourage all residents to engage with us to help shape the future of our community.

Ardgour Hall Funding News – the Place Plan identified the importance of having a focal point for the Ardgour/Clovullin community, and given the shortage of funding available at present for new builds, we have been working with the Ardgour Hall Committee to help keep the Ardgour Hall wind and watertight. We are pleased to announce that our Development Officer has succeed in securing just over £21,000 SSE from the Renewables Hydro Community Fund, towards the cost of replacing the soffits and gutters and repairing the roof. This will be phase one of several planned improvements to the Hall. To find out more, help with a work party, or join the committee, come and join the Ardgour Hall AGM on the 12th March at 7pm.

ADGT Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Our AGM will take place on Tuesday 14th May, 7pm, at Treslaig Hall. This is a key opportunity for members of the public to hear about our work, ask questions, and get involved in the future of the Trust. Everyone is welcome! We will also be proposing a resolution to update our constitution so it will be important for residents to come along to vote.

We are excited to have launched a dedicated Community Events Page on our website. This provides a central place for sharing local events, ensuring that both residents and visitors can stay up to date with what’s happening. We encourage all local community groups to make use of this resource.
