Have Your Say – Ardgour Housing Needs Survey

We’re inviting everyone with a connection to Ardgour to take part in a short survey to help us identify the current and future housing needs within the Ardgour Community Council area (Locheilside, Ardgour, Clovullin and Kingairloch)

Whether you’re a school leaver, returning family member, self-builder, or local employer struggling to find accommodation for staff, your input will help shape future housing priorities and support funding applications for local housing solutions.

We want to hear from you if, within the next five years, any of the following apply:

You or a family member are looking for land to build a home.
You would like to live locally but can’t find a property to buy at an affordable price.
You’re finishing school or college and hope to move out before 2030 but can’t find anywhere to live.
You need a larger or smaller home to suit your circumstances.
You’re seeking rented accommodation - private, Council or Housing Association.
You manage or work for a local business struggling to recruit or retain staff due to a lack of housing options.

Even if this doesn’t apply to you personally, please share the survey with family, friends or employees who may be affected.

The survey closes on Sunday 16th November 2025.
